How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Every homeowner who reaches Missedcents Septic should get a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template, not legal advice.

Topics You Can Raise

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Missedcents Septic
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Content on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The behavior of a provider we connected you with

When the Problem Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, pricing, work and customer service. If you are unhappy with work on your septic system, sewer line or plumbing, start by taking it up with the provider directly and keep a written record.

Please still let us know. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who often fall short may be removed. Keep in mind that Missedcents Septic cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@missedcents.garden and include:

  • Your name and a way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you recall
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want

After You Write

We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may mean contacting the provider, and reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Not Happy?

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also reach out to your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed plumbing or septic contractors, your state licensing board or local health department may be able to help.
