Our Accessibility Statement
Last updated: October 2026
Missedcents Septic wants people of all abilities to be able to use missedcents.garden. This statement describes how we approach that. It is a general template, not legal advice.
Where We Stand
Our goal is a site that works for as many people as possible. We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, a widely used standard for accessible websites.
Steps We Aim to Take
To help with access, we aim to:
- Use clear headings and a sensible page order
- Add text descriptions to images that carry meaning
- Keep text easy to read with strong color contrast
- Let people use the whole site with just a keyboard
- Build pages that work on phones, tablets and computers
- Write in plain, simple language
- Label form fields clearly
Where We Fall Short
Some parts of the site may not fully meet these standards yet. Third-party content, such as embedded tools, may be outside our control. We check the site from time to time and fix problems as we find them.
Other Ways to Get Help
If part of the site is hard to use, you can still get help. Request a callback to speak with a provider, or email contact@missedcents.garden and we will do our part to assist.
Tell Us What You Found
We welcome your thoughts on the site's accessibility. Email contact@missedcents.garden and let us know:
- Which page or feature gave you trouble
- What happened, and what you expected
- The browser, device or assistive technology you used, if you know
We will read your message and aim to reply within a few business days.
Always Improving
Accessibility is never finished. As we update the site, we will keep it in mind and keep making it better.
Reach a local provider
Tell us what your septic or sewer system is doing. Send the request form and a local provider in our network can follow up with next steps.
